We at TALULAH were pleased to be invited to the launch of Triumph International’s Shape Report

this week. The Shape Report is an extensive international study on women's bodies by one of the

world's leading underwear manufacturers, Triumph International.

http://theartofshaping.com.au/report

Some of the key findings from the report include:

 Almost half of women (48%) are a size 14 or above but 6 in 10 surveyed would like to be no

more than a size 10.

 Only 8% of women dress up to attract male attention while a whopping 86% dress up to feel

good about themselves.

 When it comes to celebrities, women believe Beyonce and Megan Gale are the best

examples of positive and confident body image.

 Australian and New Zealand women are less satisfied with their appearance than women

overseas with only 42% saying they are satisfied compared to 75% of British women.

 79% of men say they are happy with their partner's body even though more than half (60%)

know that their partner is not happy with their own.

"We want to reshape Australia's perception of female body image and celebrate women's bodies in

all their shapes and sizes," says Alana Jones, National Marketing Manager, Triumph.

The report supports the launch of Triumph's Shape Sensation range which is a global innovation

from the brand designed to break away from traditional stereotypes.
