This Is Titans Radio

Format: Titans Gamedays

Take full advantage of your partnership with Titans Radio. Make sure your board operator is fully

aware of these production notes.

Feed Availability

Regular Titans Channel. Please monitor the audio check at 30 minutes before the broadcast. If you

are not receiving audio at this point, please contact master control. Time cues begin 10 minutes prior

to airtime.

Feed Problems

Call Titans Radio Master Control at (919) 573-4023. Note this new number for 2010.

Automation

Available using DTMF Tones. In case of operator error, network covers all local breaks with

PSA/Promo material.

Format

The attached format does not change. However, we do make available an updated commercial log

each Thursday to allow operators who wish to follow along the chance to do so. You can download

the weekly format at Partner Insider. Please note: there can be last minute commercial changes to

the updated log.

Commercial Flow

Television controls the flow of timeouts in the game. Should television not take all of its timeouts in

the 1st quarter, they will be made up in the 2nd quarter. Should TV miss 3rd quarter timeouts, they

will be made up in the 4th quarter.

Further, we make up missed commercial breaks once the scheduled quarter breaks are completed.

For example, if breaks 12 and 13 are missed in the 1st quarter, they would air at timeouts in the 2nd

quarter following break 19.

In addition, network television receives one extra commercial per game that can be used if an injury

or replay challenge takes place. This break will always be a network break. This break will NOT

appear on your log.

Outcue to Local Breaks

Outcue will always be “….This is Titans Radio.” All local breaks have music going into and out of the

breaks for smooth transitions and as another verbal cue to your board operators.

Legal ID

We will provide a 10-second window near or at the top of the hour for station identification. Incue will

be "This is Titans Radio." There will be crowd noise underneath your legal ID. We suggest NOT

muting the Titans channel and using dry IDs.

Format: Titans Countdown (Pregame)

Format Notes:

 Format notes in BOLD indicate local insert.

 All local breaks have music going in and coming out

 Each local break is extended (:10) ten seconds for station ID. Station may use time before or

after commercials. For technical problems, call (919) 573-4023.
