Experience:
Mr. Whitney joined EPS after 27 years of executive management experience with
Aetna Casualty & Surety and Travelers Property Casualty Companies. He has
held such positions as Senior Claims Representative to Regional Director
Environmental and Special Liability Group to Vice President CL Specialty and
Discontinued Operations/Runoff over those years of service.
Having a passionate interest in Structured Settlements, Mr. Whitney retired from
Travelers and joined EPS Settlements group in 2011, teaming up with Chris
Larned of the Rhode Island office to provide a deeper and broader service level
to the New England States’ clients.
Among his key career accomplishments, he was responsible for managing run-
off of approximately 16,000 claims from diverse disciplines and legacy
companies, using department-wide resources applying appropriate skill set,
sound litigation management strategy and aggressive disposition plans.

Andy lives in Cohasset, MA between Boston and Plymouth Rock with his wife
Ann and has a daughter Nicole and son Andrew. Andy’s hobbies include
boating, trapping lobsters and golf.
