PRACTICING FEE: Pre official training: USD 4,00 (payable to organizer)
PARTICIPATION FEE: USD 60,00 for players
USD 35,00 for coaches and officials.
Charges have to be paid until 03rd November 2010 in cash to organizer.

All participants, who need visa for traveling to take part at the championships, please

Important conditions:
Generally players from all active members and registrars of the WMF can take part by registration through the sport
organization of the country concerned, as long as this sport organization came up to their obligations towards the AMF
and WMF.
The worldwide international sport rules of WMF including supplementary rules and worldwide international sport
regulations are applied for the Asian and Asian Open Championships. In particular please note the regulations for the
World and Continental Championships of WMF. Each participant or for minors their legal guardian must have signed
the forms for acceptance of WADA-code 2009 as well as media coverage and accept the WMF anti-doping regulations
in current version. Sport shoes and uniform team sports clothing appropriate for minigolf are required during official
practice time and tournament. Only sports hats are allowed.
Maximum of two coaches per participating nation are allowed on each course during all competition days, regardless of
the number of participating players of the nation.
Traveling and accommodation information will follow separately as soon as a package is available from the organizer.
Please ask the organizer for sightseeing programs directly.
All fees should be paid in a currency agreed with the organizer. The current cross rate to USD should be calculated.

The accredidation of all participants has to be filed immediately after arrival in Kunming, latest Wednesday, 03rd
November 2010, 5 p.m.
Up to 90 participants no trainings groups will be built.

11.00 am inspection of the courses by the WMF Sport Director, the Asian Sport Director and a
member of the Organizer
WEDNESDAY, 03rd NOVEMBER 2010
08.00 am – 5 pm nations training
11.00 am media conference
02.00 pm coach meeting and final adjustment of course book for both courses
03.00 pm referee meeting
05.00 pm deadline for registration of all players (including team order), coaches and officials
05.00 pm deadline for payment of all fees to the organizer
07.00 pm opening ceremony
