Used to describe the location of the element in the XML schema. This field will be filled

Indicates whether the element will be required, in all cases, for submission. If the value is

'TRUE' then the element required. If the value is 'FALSE' then the value may or may not

be required. For instance 'Fuel 2' is only required if you specify a 'Dual Fuel' enigne.

Indicates how many occurrences of a data element or set of data elements can be
