This spreadsheet file contains 11 worksheets. The "Complete List & Risk Register" worksheet

contains substances for all areas and risk ratings. The "Complete List & Risk Register"

worksheet may be used as a hazardous substances register and risk register when

completed. Risk assessments have been completed using ChemWatch.

Worksheet "R&S Phrases" contains a key to risk and safety codes.



The "Complete List & Risk Register" worksheet contains all hazardous substances approved for

use in DECS. Chemicals in this list are also separated onto individual worksheets for

convenience.

Note chemicals listed under the swimming tab can only be used in sites with swimming pools,

unless the chemical is sited elsewhere in this document.



Substances must be obtained/stored/used/disposed of in accordance with:

DECS Hazardous Substances Procedure,

Risk Assessment Guidelines for Substances,

Simple And Obvious Risk Assessment For Purchasing And Or Hire,

and Material Safety Data Sheet instructions.
