HYDRO ONE DISTRIBUTION
SCHEDULE OF RETAIL TRANSMISSION RATES FOR RETAIL
CUSTOMERS
Effective Date: May 1, 2006
The following rates shall remain in effect until superseded by further Order or Orders of
the Board.
APPLICABILITY:
These rates are applicable to Hydro One Distribution Legacy retail customers, who are
customers of Hydro One Distribution retail distribution system, excluding those
customers previously served by Acquired distribution utilities.
BILLING DETERMINANTS
For energy-only metered customers, the billing determinant is the customer’s metered or
estimated energy consumption adjusted by the total loss factor as approved by the Board
and set out in Hydro One Distribution loss factors.
For demand billed customers, loss factors must be applied to the appropriate tariffs. The
billing determinant for both the network service rate and the line and transformation
connection service rate is the customer’s peak demand in the billing period.
