AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made between Shreenath Enterprise Inc. herein after called as the
“Promoter” and______________________________________, hereinafter called the
“Fashion Designer” for display of “Fashion Designer” talent in the "Fashion Show
Competition" on August 27th 2011.
TERMS AND CONDITION:
No more than 5 “fashion designers” may participate in the Fashion Show.
If the “Fashion Designer” wishes to take a booth along with the participation then the Registration Charge is $2000
which includes a 10x10 booth, Recognition on the stage, Logo in the flyers& posters and 20 passes to the show will
be provided
The Competition will be judged by the invited Celebrity Judge.
The winner of the fashion show competition will receive a surprise award and a prize.
The “fashion designer” will bear all costs associated with the fashion show which includes traveling to and fro to the
venue, accommodation, music, etc. The “promoter” will only provide refreshment’s.
The “promoter” will not be held liable for any accidents/injuries/power outage or any other incident during the
performance of this event.
The “promoter” will provide portable clothes changing area for this event.
The “fashion designers” will get a maximum of 10 to 15 minutes to display their talent.
The “promoter” will provide standard lighting/music system and stage for the fashion show. The “fashion designer’s”
are required to bring their own music recording to be used for this fashion show.
the “promoter” will not be liable for any loss/ stolen/ destruction or breakage of any item during this event and the
“fashion designer’s” are solely liable for protecting their own property
The “fashion designer” has read and agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement and other
reasonable condition imposed by the “promoter” as and when required.
