Warranty
All Eagle Ceramic knives are warranted to be free from detects in material or workmanship for five (5)
years after its original purchase date. In the event such a defect occurs, Universal Relations Incorporated
(URI) will repair or replace the knife free of charge. This warranty extends only to the knife's original
purchaser. This warranty does not cover the damage caused by improper use of the knife, or accidental
damage to the knife. Small chips or broken tips are not covered by this warranty, but can often be corrected
by re-sharpening. Stains can be removed by soaking the knife in a mild bleach solution or acetone.
To process your warranty claim please fill out the warranty from attached, enclose your proof of purchase
and your knife to:

URI will repair or replace the knife as its sole option.
THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND URI MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES,
FITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE KNIFE OF RELATING TO ITS
QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. URI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL
DAMAGES WHETHER A CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY OR
OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT WILL URI'S LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY
EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE KNIFE.
RE-SHARPENING
If you'd like to have your knife re-sharpened, please fill out form attached, package your knife carefully
(you can send up to 2 knives) and send with a $10 check for shipping and handling to:
