WQXI’s Ribs & Whiskey Trip to Jacksonville Promotion (the “Contest”)
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
October 4th, 2010
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT
INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited or restricted
by law. All federal, state, and local regulations apply. WQXI (“Sponsor” or
“Station”) and Absolut (together with Station, “Sponsors”) are the sponsors of this
Contest.
2. Eligibility. Contest open only to legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older
and reside in Georgia at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsors, Lincoln Financial
Media Company of Georgia, Lincoln Financial Media Company, Lincoln National
Corporation, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and their advertising
or promotional agencies (collectively, the “Contest Entities”), Atlanta metro area
radio stations, and the immediate families or members of the same households of such
individuals are not eligible. The term “immediate families” includes spouses,
grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren. No groups, clubs, or
organizations may participate in this Contest or reproduce or distribute any portion of
these rules to their members. Proof of eligibility must be furnished to Sponsors upon
request. Sponsors may disqualify any entrant not following these Rules. By entering,
you agree to abide by these Rules and the decisions of Sponsors.
3. How to Enter: Show up to any of the following locations between 10/4/10 and
10/27/10 and complete an official entry form.

Entry forms must include the requested information. Only one entry per person at
each location, however, entrants are allowed up to 6 entries by visiting each location.
4. How Win and Odds: On October 28, 2010 at approximately 12:00pm ET, one (1)
winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received. Odds of
winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner need not listen
or be present to win. The Station will notify the winner that s/he has won.
5. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to the UGA v. Florida game on
October 30, 2010 and two (2) night standard double occupancy hotel
accommodations, at a hotel in Jacksonville, Florida selected by the Station in its sole

and absolute discretion, on Friday, October 29, 2010 and Saturday, October 31, 2010
ARV: $1,350.00. Prize is non-transferable. All charges, fees, and costs not
specifically included in the prize descriptions, including but not limited to personal
incidental items, transportation, taxes, souvenirs, tips, and licenses, are the
responsibility of the respective prize winner. Station reserves the right to substitute
prizes of equal or greater value. Winner may be required to present a valid credit
card or cash deposit upon hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses incurred
during the stay. Other restrictions may apply.
6. Terms and Conditions; Limitation of Liability. Participants must comply with all
applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and these Contest Rules. By
entering, participants agree to be bound to these Rules. Any security breach or other
attempt by an entrant or other party to tamper with the proper administration of the
Contest will disqualify the entrant and may result in civil or criminal action against
the entrant or other party and may result in the discontinuation, suspension, or
cancellation of the Contest. WINNERS AND ENTRANTS AGREE, EXCEPT
WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE, HOLD
HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE CONTEST ENTITIES, THEIR
EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICERS AND
DIRECTORS AND THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILIES, SUCCESSORS AND
ASSIGNS, AND ALL OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEVELOPMENT
AND EXECUTION OF THIS CONTEST, FROM ANY AND ALL TAX
LIABILITY THAT MAY BE IMPOSED OR ASSOCIATED WITH RECEIPT OR
USE OF THE PRIZES, AND FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS,
ACTIONS, PROCEEDINGS, AND LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES
INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, EXPENSES, FEES, INJURY OR LOSSES
(INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH) SUSTAINED IN
CONNECTION WITH THE RECEIPT, OWNERSHIP, OR USE OF THE PRIZE
OR WHILE TRAVELING TO, PREPARING FOR, OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY
CONTEST-RELATED OR PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY. By entering the Contest
or by winning, participants grant to the Contest Entities the right to publicize the
participant’s name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical
information for advertising, trade, and promotion purposes without compensation and
without opportunity for review, except where prohibited by law. Sponsors retain the
discretion to make all decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these
rules. All decisions of Sponsors are final and discretionary. If a selected winner is
ineligible, refuses or forfeits the prize for any reason, another winner will be selected
and awarded the prize. The laws of the State of Georgia shall govern this Contest,
without regard to Georgia’s choice of law rules. The courts of Georgia shall be the
exclusive forum for any dispute relating to these Rules and/or this Contest. All
contestants and winners agree, by their participation in the Contest, to submit to the
personal jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia. All participants agree to waive their
right to a trial by jury. Any and all taxes associated with prize are responsibility of
winner. The Station will provide winners of a prize valued at or more than $600.00
with a 1099 form when required. By participating, entrants gives Sponsors a royalty-
free, transferable, assignable, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use,

reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display the
performance in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other
works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed for any
purpose whatsoever, including for promotional or marketing purposes.
7. Disclaimer and Force Majeure. Contest Entities, their affiliated, parent, and
subsidiary companies, their employees, agents and officers, advertising and
promotion agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of
this Contest are not responsible for: (1) problems associated with television
transmission, radio transmission, cable transmission, satellite transmission, phone
lines, facsimile, or cable lines and/or phone or IP numbers that are beyond their
control; (2) typographical or other errors in any materials relating to the Contest, the
offering or the administration of the Contest or in the announcement of a prize; (3)
lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or delayed entry forms; (4) cancellations,
postponements, or delays; (5) Acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation,
disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder, or other similar causes beyond the control of the
Contest Entities. In the event of any of the foregoing, Sponsors reserves the right to
suspend, terminate, modify, or continue the Contest, in its sole discretion. Contest
Entities make no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind concerning any
prize, and Contest Entities specifically DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTY OF FITNESS, AND ANY OTHER
IMPLIED WARRANTY. Contest rules subject to change without advance notice.
8. Official Rules and List of Winners. To receive a copy of these official Contest Rules,

editions. Sponsors reserve the right to change, alter, or amend these Contest Rules as
necessary, in their sole discretion. Decisions of WQXI Management are final.
Sponsors reserve the right at its sole discretion to discontinue this Contest for any
