PERMISSION TO PUBLISH
This agreement provides permission for WIT Press to publish your paper in the following or
other WIT Press publications and to use all or part of the figures, diagrams or photos which
may be included as part of a book cover design or for promotional materials.
The copyright will remain with the author or copyright holder. If it is appropriate, the
author’s employer may sign this agreement.
The author warrants that the paper is the author’s original work and has not been published
before (if excerpts from copyrighted works, figures, diagrams, photos, trademarks or other
such materials are included, the author will obtain written permission from the copyright
owners and show credit to the sources in the manuscript). The author also warrants that the
paper describes genuine research or review work, contains no libelous or unlawful
statements and does not infringe on the rights of others. WIT Press may assign any or all of
its rights and obligations under this agreement.
If the work was prepared jointly the author agrees to inform co-authors of the terms of the
agreement and to sign on their behalf.
