Lost in New York – John Escott
It´s Nicky´s first trip to New York. He is going to stay with his Aunt Carrie in a city he
doesn´t know. But before he sees her, he meets some teenagers with motorbikes. They take
Nicky on a tour around New York, but he doesn´t want to go. Then there´s a girl, Melissa- a
thief. The police thinks that Nicky is the thief, because he always went into a shop with her.
So Nicky has to run away and find Aunt Carrie with just one piece of information about her.
The book `Lost in New York´ is a very exciting story. Everybody who starts reading wants to
read until the end, because everybody wants to know how the story ends. I would recommend
this book because it´s written in an easily understandable English and it´s a nice story which
shows you that there´s always a way out.
