Each athlete must be a registered as a member of USA Powerlifting and meet the minimum qualifying total in a USAPL Championship

Weight Classes:
114 lb/ 52 kg (TEEN, JR ONLY), 123lb/56kg, 132lb/60kg, 148lb/67.50, 165lb/75kg, 181lb/82.5kg,
198lb/90kg, 220lb/100kg, 242lb/110kg, 275lb/125kg and 275+lb/125+kg
Divisions:
T1 (14-15), T2 (16-17), T3 (18-19), JUNIOR (20-23) & OPEN
Awards:
Awards will be presented to the 1st – 5th place finishers for each weight class and
division. Outstanding lifter awards will be presented to the best lifter in each of the
following categories: Teen, JR and Open. The overall best lifter award for each
category will be determined by the Wilks Formula. Team awards will be presented for
1st – 3rd place.

Hotel Arrangements & Transportation Information
The Best Western Seaway Inn of Gulfport, along with its two adjacent properties will
serve as the host hotel for this championship. Information about all three hotels are
available on the championships website.
Please make your hotel reservations early by NLT May 1, 2011 to receive the group rate

Airport Shuttle/Transport to the Hotel/Venue
Best Western Gulfport has a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport that runs
on demand, simply call (228) 864-0050 upon arrival. Due to this meet being offsite from
the meet hotel, we are providing a shuttle that runs once an hour from 7AM-7PM from
the hotel to the venue, and back. Please notify us via the checklist below if how you will
reach the venue so we can adjust for the correct capacity on the shuttle.
Spectators/T-shirts/Tickets
All spectators and coaches may enjoy the competition for an admission fee of $5.00 per
day or $10 for the weekend. T-shirts will be available for a fee of $15.00 (small to xlarge)
and $20.00 for 2XL and above. Two [2] coaching passes will be provided for each team
entry received.

In consideration of the acceptance of my Entry Form in this Powerlifting Competition I intend to be legally bound, for not only myself but also for my heirs,
my executors and my administrators. In signing this release from liability I waive and release everyone connected with this competition from any and all
liability, including any result of negligence, which may arise from this competition. Moreover, I agree that any testing method, which the meet directors and
the sponsors of this meet use to detect the presence of strength inducing drugs, SHALL BE CONCLUSIVE. This is, whether I think the results of the test
are right or wrong, I agree that I have no right to challenge the results of the drug tests. I further agree to submit to any physical test, which may be necessary
to complete the drug testing. Should I fail to pass the drug tests I agree to forfeit any trophy or award, which I might otherwise have won. I understand and
agree that if I fail to pass the drug tests, my name will appear on a published list of suspended members. If it is determined that I have failed the drug test, I
agree to waive any claim for which legal relief is available. I agree to pay any attorney fee and litigation expenses by any person, real or corporate, which I
may sue in an effort to challenge this release from liability form. I understand that my agreement to pay attorney fees and litigation expenses is the SINE

TEAM SCORING
Each team is allowed a maximum of 10 lifters spread throughout the range of the 10-bodyweight categories with no more than 2 in
any one weight class. Each team is allowed a maximum of 2 alternates. Alternates may be substituted at any time prior to the
commencement of the championship. Team scoring will be calculated in accordance with USAPL/IPF rules. All Teams must be
registered with USA powerlifting via a USAPL Club Membership Application.
ALL FINALIZED TEAM ROSTERS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 5PM ON THURS. JUNE 9th.
