Career in 1989. Escrow services came with ease for Irma from her internal auditing position with a major bank. Her Bachelor’s
Degree in Accounting prepared her to go above and beyond the usual standards of an Escrow O cer.
Over the last 22 years, Irma has decided the most rewarding part of her job is the incredible variety of people that walk
through her door. Each and every person has a story to tell! Every day is a learning experience…the knowledge, the people,
and their cultures create even more passion and remind her why she loves her job so much. Irma is uent in Tagalog and

First time Buyers, Re nancing—you name it, Irma has tackled them all. Her favorite past time is walking and travelling to her
favorite destination: “Hawaii”. She enjoys her free time with her daughter, son and her husband.
