Menstruation Always Current





Menstruation is not smooth to be a problem for teenagers, especially in young first-time

coming menstruation. Menstruation is always smoothly allows teens to remember every

menstrual dates, so months later was able to alert before the coming period.







Sometimes teens often have problems with menstruation that is not smooth, eg 2-3

times a month can come menstrual, although probably not much and not long but it also

makes a problem for teenagers, and even inhibit the activity of the active teenager.



The cause of menstruation is not smooth is as follows:



1.Excessive hormonal factors. If you often run into problems like this, get to go to a

gynecologist, so you know what the cause of your excessive menstruation.

are too heavy also makes irregular menstruation.



From the above problem can be solved in the following way:



1.Often self consult with an obstetrician to find out the cause of hormone increases,

then ask for vitamins to hormones can be stable as usual.



2.If there are problems with the midwife or doctor tell me that the problem is happening,

or go pikologi to help the problem you're facing. If you are shy, share with the people

closest to you.

3.Reduce your activity a little so you are not too tired. and arrange your time as possible

so the body can feel the relaxation.



4.Try to rest at least 1 hour during the day and 8 hours at night so the body can balance

for the next condition.



5.Do not work heavy weight, try to take time occasionally to rest after every hair work.

So that the uterus can adapt.
