Emerging issues in commercial publishing and open access to scholarly information.
Concept of the journal changing - the concept of the tipping point with OA.
Where CAUL is with engaging in both areas of access to scholarly information - gaps, lack of
consistency, mature consortial system in place, lack of a common voice, lack of understanding of
some issues, challenges for CAUL - diversity in membership.
Try to show the relationship of the two areas to each other - commercial publishing and OA.
How OA intersects with commercial publishing.
