qualified and experienced Journalist to work full time for WIN Television
Hobart.
JOURNALIST- Television
The WIN Television Network is Australia’s largest commercial television network, committed to
providing first-class entertainment and news services to a potential audience of 8.5 million viewers
across Australia.
WIN Television Hobart is looking for an experienced full-time Journalist to join our team. Reporting to
the Director of News WIN Television TAS, you will be responsible for research, compilation &
production of high quality news stories for our nightly bulletin. You will liaise with editors & camera
operators to ensure the news meets deadline and is of the highest standard. Knowledge of Tasmanian
politics would be well regarded.
You will be a degree-qualified journalist or have considerable journalistic experience. You must
demonstrate the flair to see a story from conceptualisation to presentation in a way that it becomes a
“must see” for our viewers. The ability to build relationships, establish networks and maintain contacts
is essential. You will demonstrate a thorough understanding of media law.
