The *-Government (*-Gov)
A b s t r a c t
E-Government or E-Gov or electronic-Government, also known as digital government
or online government transformational government is used to refer to the sue of the
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to provide and improve
government services, transactions, and interactions with citizens, businesses, and
other arms government. Since its appearance, several versions of the E-Government
have been developed, as example, we can cite the m-government, v-Government, i-
Government, g-Government, u-Government, t-Government, , etc. These E-Gov
versions focus on the technology which is used to deliver the government services.
In our research, we propose a new version of E-Government which integrate all the
existing versions and which focus on the service and not on the technology which is
used to deliver the services : The star-Government or *-Government.
