physical disabilities, can become members of K-W Access-
Ability (a non-profit United Way agency--with over 30 years
experience, and receive personalized, practical computer
literacy training, including time-saving tips, shortcuts, and
handouts, through the P.H.I.R.S.T. LINK programme—the
Physically Handicapped Information Resource Service on
Technology.
We are your 1st LINK to computer empowerment! Lifetime
computer loans with setup and delivery, training on assistive
devices (such as computer screen magnifiers, voice
dictation, or talking computers), and home Internet and e-
mail access, are additional incidental services available at
