The overall objectives of the business seminar and match making event:
Create a forum to strengthen the commercial relations between the automotive sector in Italy and
innovative Swedish companies, not aiming for large scale production in short term
Provide Centro Ricerche Fiat (C.R.F) with an efficient way to be presented the latest of Swedish
innovations. One day – several presentations
Provide Swedish companies the possibility to present their products and solutions directly to a
handpicked audience consisting of relevant technical experts and decision-makers from C.R.F.
Innovation in the Automotive industry 2011 creates a natural and efficient business forum tailor made for
promoting Swedish innovations and technology in Italy

Swedish Trade Council or you shall have the right to represent the other party in respect of any
issues, except in such cases and under such circumstances expressly permitted in a Contract.
15. Prior agreements
A Contract between Swedish Trade Council and you shall constitute the final agreement
between the parties as pertains to the subject matter of such Contract and shall supersede any
and all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written between Swedish Trade
Council and you.
