Current Form 990 Schedule A, Part V requests information regarding a private
school’s non-discriminatory practices and policies.
Separation from Form 990, Schedule A
The Draft moved the questionnaire to new Schedule E so that Schedule A was
limited to reporting information pertinent to public charity status. There are no
changes to the schedule’s questions.
