Hunt Schedule
8:00 – 8:45 Registration
9:00 – 9:30 Silver Dimes hunt
10:00 – 10:30 Dollars and ½ oz. silver hunt
11:00 – 11:30 Silver Halves hunt
11:30 – 12:30 Lunch
12:30 – 1:00 FREE Kids hunt
1:15 – 2:00 The Main hunt
Hunt goes on Rain or Shine. 100% of the entry fees are returned to the Hunts. Targets are silver coins; tokens for silver
dollars, silver rounds, metal detectors, and donated prizes. No restrictions on digging tools, sand scoops are OK. Please
cover holes. Gold Coins & silver dollars FUNDRAISER. Everyone has an equal chance at all prizes. Dealers and Displays
are welcome. Hunt Master’s decisions are final.

Stewart Beach, located at Seawall blvd at 6 street; has plenty of parking (free for this event). Bring your coolers, lawn
chairs, and picnic lunch. This is a City of Galveston park and a family event. Please dispose trash properly. No overnight
camping is allowed on the beach.

Directions from Houston:
Travel Interstate 45 South (Gulf Freeway) to the Galveston Causeway. Soon after crossing the Causeway, I-45
becomes Broadway (Hwy 87). Continue traveling along Broadway for approximately 4.2 miles to Seawall Blvd.
Directions from I-10 in Winnie:
From I-10 in Winnie, take the Hwy 124 (beach) exit. Take Hwy 124 to High Island. Turn right on Hwy 87. Take
Hwy 87 to the Ferry. Take the Ferry across the channel to Galveston (takes about 20 minutes). Continue on
Ferry road to Seawall Boulevard. Turn right onto Seawall Boulevard and continue 1.2 miles.
Follow the signs to Stewart Beach. Look for the HARC signs near the pavilion parking area.

Silver dimes hunt Silver dimes, includes a few Barber dimes.
Dollars and ½ oz. silver hunt $1 coins, with 40 tokens for ½ oz. silver rounds / coins.
FREE KIDS hunt Kids 12 and under (must be accompanied by a registered hunter, or hunt worker).
Clad quarters, halves, dollar coins, and a token for a metal detector. All prizes are
donated by HARC and Garrett.
Silver Halves Hunt 40% silver halves and 90% silver halves.
The Main hunt Silver dimes! With tokens for silver dollars, silver rounds, donated prizes, and metal
detectors.
