Intraday in Text mode
When canceling an Automated trade, Intraday window in text mode does not
update dynamically. You need to refresh the Intraday window.
When entering an OP trade report as well as when you cancel, the #Trans field
does not update dynamically.
Intraday sort settings not saved when exiting Talx.
GL VWAP vs Exchange VWAP
The GL VWAP is incorrect. Refer to the Ex VWAP. Ex VWAP only appears on
the Marketwatch screen, whereas it should appear on all screens that have GL
VWAP.
Client Reference Modification
After an OOBD (Own order book download), if an order is totally executed, you
cannot modify the client reference.
Basket Trading
Talx users have complained that Basket Trading is not user friendly. When
opening your list you cannot tab from the B/S field to the share field or
Instrument field. You are required to use your mouse & at times hit the
Enter key.
Trade Reports
OP Trades submitted on day 1 & subsequently pre-released do not appear on
the Intraday on the Pre-Release day. Similarly, LT trades captured with a
previous day do not appear on the Intraday window on the day it was submitted.
Canceling an OP trade at 08h25, the LSE rejects this with an advisory code
“Not in Trade reporting period”. The trade report will now have a status of
“RJ” (Rejected). When attempting to cancel the trade report at 09h45, the trade
report stays rejected & no action is possible. The order status does not roll back.
Quantity Field in new order or order modification
Quantity field not properly handled by the SLE when its size is set to a maximum
length of 12 characters. GL gives a return code of GL007 “Invalid Quantity” Qrem
on your trading station will also display a negative value.

Dual screen setup not saved
It is recommended that a Matrox G450 dual screen card be used.
In the DualHead tab - Select same resolution and color palette for both displays.
In the Options Tab

Client Reference modification on partially matched orders
When a partially matched order is modified (except for client reference) a new
order is created. The new order is linked to the previous order and is only visible
on the Order History window with the original order number. If the client
reference field of this new partially matched order is now modified, TALX sends a
message to the trading engine to change the client reference on the new order
only. As a result the client reference on the executed portion of the order remains
unchanged on BDA. TALX updates the orders at the front-end level ONLY.
