Welcome to the Washington, DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia and District of Columbia Area
Partners On-Line (Partners), an on-line source of small business concerns located in,
Maryland, Northern Virginia, and the District of Columbia that accept the Citibank
MasterCard. We‟ve broken the Partners On-Line listing into five areas of the United
States: Northeast, Southeast, Washington, DC Metro Area, Midstates, and Western as
we‟ve found that most cardholders want to buy from local firms. The list has also grown
substantially with now over 500 small business sources nationwide that can meet your micro
purchase needs (less than $3,000). This source also spotlights both Information
Technology (IT) and Non-IT small businesses offering their products and services to the
IRS via the purchase card. The newly added small business sources are highlighted in red
text. Each company‟s socioeconomic status is also identified, i.e., small business (Small),
HUBZone small (HUB), small disadvantaged business (SDB) or 8(a) business enterprise (8-a),
woman-owned small business (WOSB), veteran-owned small business (VOSB), and/or service
