Restricted Items at Best Buy are: Computers, Laptops, and cartridges. Continue to use awarded vendors
for these items.
1. Fax quote request to Best Buy (952) -430-7243 to the attention of Alan Bischof. Order must
include SKU Number (**), description of items, school name, address, fax number, and name of
the requestor. Please indicate if you would like to have the products available for pick up at
local Best Buy retail store. Availability will be verified. Not all items are available for store pick-
up.
2. A price quote will be generated and faxed or emailed back to you with a unique Quote Number.
3. Enter requisition in ALIO the items being purchased. Enter the Quote Number In “Special
Instructions - PO”. Vendor Number for Best Buy is: 72338. Please fax or email the purchasing
department a copy of the quote.
4. After approved, the Purchasing Department will issue a purchase order. The order will be
mailed or faxed to Best Buy.
5. Items will be delivered based on information provided in the quote request.
