CONTEST RULES

Members, ages 12-18 are eligible to participate in designated contest activities each month. Members will

earn points for successfully completing the activities outlined above.

Points must be earned by the last day of the month in order to be applied to that month. Entries that are

received after the final day of the month at midnight will not be counted. If the entry is for an activity

that is also designated for the following month, the points for entries received after midnight on the final

day of the month will be awarded to the following month. No points will be awarded after midnight of

August 31, 2010.

All entries into the contest must include the member’s Club organization name as well as the branch or

unit name. A single Club unit or branch will accumulate the points earned by their members.

Organizations with multiple branches will not be able to combine accumulated points from multiple sites.

At the end of each month, the Club unit or branch with the most points will win a prize: $250 for first

place, $100 for second and $50 for third. At the end of the third month, the Club with the most points

accumulated over all three months will be awarded the grand prize: $500.

All points must be verified by BGCA. Each Club submitting points is required to have their Chief

Professional Officer for their organization sign off on their final points tracking form. Forms that are

not signed by the CPO will not be accepted.

TRACKING POINTS

Clubs are responsible for tracking their own points on the points tracking form. BGCA will track all

contest submissions and points-earning comments on the site in order to verify all points. The points

entry form must be submitted by the Club advisor at the end of each month. Forms must be emailed to

BGCA at promotions@myclubmylife.com by midnight on the 1st day of the following month (August 1,

September 1). Points tracking forms submitted after that time will not be accepted. All points entry

forms must be signed by the Club Organization’s Chief Professional Officer to verify the fidelity of the

points accumulated.
