SELF

FOR YOUNG
PEOPLE

VISION
To make a vital contribution to:
• The prosperity and quality of life in all communities.
• Changing the cycle of feelings of low achievement and dependence which is
currently being experienced by a significant number of young people.
• Imagine if nothing is done to offer authentic and genuine understanding to certain
young people there is the likelihood that an underclass will continue to be
created which depletes the quality of community life for everyone.
• To assist young people of all academic and vocational abilities by giving them an
insight into effective communication and interpersonal skills. The on-going
benefit is the positive contribution that this future generation can make to
enhance the quality of community life.

WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is the ability to work with people
towards a common vision, sharing a common
ideal and embracing a common goal, forming a unique
relationship, regardless of differences.
A coach stands Shoulder to shoulder with individuals moving with
them towards their objectives, displaying faith, trust, commitment
and an undying belief in the vast potential of others.
Coaching is the fuel that allows common people to attain
uncommon results that are truly important to them.

COACHING YOUNG PEOPLE
The M.A.G.I.C. Youth development programme
provides a fresh opportunity for young people.
Coaching is about them, the program identifies soft skills that they can
carry throughout their life.
The benefit is in giving young people a chance to identify and release their
true potential and achieve sustainable results and outcomes
