I am aware that I have a lease with you and it is expiring within 60 days. Please
accept this as my notice that I would like to:
o Exercise my end of term purchase option – please forward an invoice and I
will either pay by cheque or authorize you to withdraw the amount from my
account on file
o Trade-up the equipment into a new lease – please have someone from your
sales team contact me so we can discuss a new equipment purchase
o Return my leased equipment – please have someone from your team contact
me with an address to return the equipment to (I understand it must be in
good working order and I am fully responsible for the cost of shipping the
equipment)
