PLEASE READ: Serious clients only. Rates are subject to change and are
negotiable. Other design services can be provided, but you must ask. Low-
resolution artwork and proofs will be provided until final designs are approved and
paid for.
ROyALTy fREE SERVICES: My services are royalty free. This means once the
art and materials are paid for, they are yours to use and reprint as you see fit. I
will not receive additional profits for their use. I use royalty free stock art for this
purpose. Stock art used in any materials are designed for those specific materials.
If you wish to use any of the stock art in any future materials, you will have to
purchase it on your own before hand and provide it to me.
COPyRIGhTED MATERIALS: I do not use or accept any unauthorized
copyrighted or trademarked materials in my works. Any logos, art, graphics, data,
copy, slogans, tag-lines and information you provide must be legally yours to use.
PROOfING PROCESS: When I have sent you or your business a proof for review,
changes and approvals must be received within one week of e-mail. If I have not
heard from you within 7 calender days, I will contact you about the status. Proofs
out longer than 10 calender days are subject to termination of the contract. For
this reason I require a non-refundable 50% deposit, paid in full at the start of
the project.
REVIEW yOuR PROOfS COMPLETELy: Every project will get a maximum of 5
free proofs. Additional proofs due to changes, will cost $2 extra for every proof
sent out after the 5th proof, unless I failed to make a change in any previous
proof. Review your proofs completely.
PRINTING SERVICES: I can provide you with printing services. You are
responsible for all printing and shipping costs.
