New Wrestler Registration Instructions
1. AAU Registration:
a. Wrestlers must go to www.aausports.org and purchase an AAU insurance card. This can be
done online from the AAU homepage (www.aausports.org). Under the tab labeled “AAU
Membership Programs” click “Athlete Membership”. Once the Athlete Membership Form
appears, complete the entire form with your personal information. When you purchase your card
you must enter our club code and official name to identify with what group you are receiving
insurance. The club’s official AAU membership name is Central Florida Wrestling Club and
the AAU club number is XTB76T. The cost for an adult athlete in wrestling is $20.00 (adult
program) and we require the wrestler to purchase the additional insurance (AB) for $7.00. If a
wrestler does not have the ability to pay for insurance online please contact Jason Balma at 321-
662-5344 or Johnny Rouse at 407-247-4902.
2. Sport Club Registration:
a. Go to orgsync.com
-Click register on the top right
-Find University of Central Florida
-Use knights email to register & create user profile (for records, please provide as much
information as possible).
-When finished creating profile, click UCF on top of page
-Click Browse Organizations
-Find Wrestling Club and Click Join Now
-Click Submit and wait to be accepted
3. Next, sign and date the Sport Club Waiver Form
4. NCWA Registration: AVAILABLE 09-01-2011
a. Once the wrestler has his AAU insurance number, they must go to the NCWA website and
register with our league. The address is www.ncwa.net and the eligibility form is under “join
NCWA” and then “NCWA Membership Forms” on the right margin. The name of the form is
“Individual NCWA Registration Form.” The wrestler must complete this form entirely before it
will submit correctly.

Insurance: Type “AAU Insurance” as your carrier and put your newly obtained AAU insurance number
in the space labeled “policy #”.
After all fields have been entered hit “submit” and if no errors came then you completed the form
correctly. You must enter all information EXACTLY as the examples indicate. The cost of this
registration is $35.00. If you are having problems please contact Jason Balma. Both the AAU and
NCWA registration will require a credit card or debit card for payment
5. NCWA Waiver:
a. The wrestler must now print a copy of the waiver and liability form. This form can be found at
www.ncwa.net next to the Individual Wrestler Registration Form. Wrestlers must print and sign
the form as well as have a coach sign the form. Signed waivers will be faxed by the coaches.
