      Causes:
   Heart
      -High BP, low BP, Heart attack, Arrhythmia
   Brain
      -Syncope, stroke, headache, migraine,
    tumor
   Drugs
      -Blood pressure medications, sedatives,
    tranquilizers, antidepressants, pain relievers,
    some antibiotics
        Causes:
   Metabolic
       Hypoglycaemia, hypoxia, dehydration
   Aging
       Reduced capacity for exercise or activity
       Arteriosclerosis causing decreased blood supply to
        the brain, heart, and other organs
   Psychiatric
       Depression, anxiety, panic disorder,
        hyperventilation
   Other illness
       Anaemia, prolonged bed rest, infections
        History:
   Describe dizziness, must differentiate from
    vertigo(sensation of movement, spinning,
    rocking, or whirling
   First attack? Lots of attack? Frequency?
   Associate symptoms
       Headache
       Weakness, facial numbness, facial droop, limbs
        weakness, clumsiness
       Chest pain, SOB, palpitation, jaw pain
       Symptoms of depression
    History:
   Past medical history
     - DM
     - Heart attack
    - GI bleed
   Drug history
     P/E , Ix

   4 systems Physical exam
   BP, ECG
   Blood tests(Hb, WCC, glucose)
   CT brain
   Cardiac stress test
   Surgery for internal bleed
Depends on what HISTORY
