I was a member of the Fresh Food counters team. I was required to be precise and
have good product knowledge in order to help customers effectively. This helped me to
gain, what I feel to be, excellent customer service skills.
February 2006 – November 2007 - Concert and Theatre Bookings Ltd.
Telephone Sales Assistant/Clerical, Worker. This is a hospitality company. That
specializes in concerts and events in London. During my time here I was required to
deal with customers via the telephone as well as undertake general office duties. I feel
that I developed my understanding of how to deal with customers, the pressures of
working in an office environment and the importance of organization in a demanding
business.
June 2004 - January 2006 - Waitrose, Green Street Green, Kent
My role here was as a checkout operator. During my time here I gained an
understanding of how a large company works and it helped me develop my team work
skills.
Hobbies/ Interests
I have a keen interest in computers, animation, film, photography and graphic design. I
also have experience in creating websites. Experience working with MAC software.
I also used to play rugby for my school for 2 years and also played American football
team for 3 years, a year of that time I helped coach.
