1. There are a number of indicators of service culture with United
Booksellers’. Just to name a few they help communicate the culture and
vision to customers-daily by providing excellent customer service. They
demonstrate commitment to quality customer service by providing
extensive training to employees. They also work with customer’s interest in
mind.
2. I work in customer service everyday so I know what it takes to provide
unsurpassed customer service. Unfortunately I don’t read much and would
not be a good find in that organization.
3. Reading what little bit that’s in our textbook about the company; I would
expect a high quality of customer service. I would expect this only because
of Booksellers Journal and Publishers Select article about the company’s
customer service.
