         We are pleased to be selling the contents of the late Millicent Percy and the former home of the late Mr. & Mrs. HC Comings of Richford, Vt.
      They were the owners of the well known Sweat Comings Furniture Factory in Richford, Vt. We will be selling wonderful furniture they produced and
      some other exceptional furniture and collectibles from their beautiful Victorian home built in 1897. We also will be selling special selected antiques
               from estates in Johnson, Stowe, Morrisville, Montpelier, and St. Johnsbury, VT. This promises to be a wonderful, diversified sale.
