Experience

Director Sales and Marketing, Sandos Hotels and Resorts; Cancun, Mexico -- 2006 - present
Hired by the Sandos Resort Group to establish and operate a successful, multi-resort timeshare operation
which promotes the Sandos corporate goals. Built a vacation club from the ground up, including product
development, hiring and training sales staff and opcs, recruiting managers and T.O.s, negotiating contracts
with suppliers, establishing both inhouse and outhouse marketing locations, setting up and managing fly &
buy call centers, and overseeing day to day operations. Consistently met or surpassed all sales targets while
maintaining a low cancellation percentage.

Director Sales and Marketing, Temptations Resorts; Cancun, Mexico -- 2003 - 2006
Recruited to redesign and improve all aspects of the Temptations Premier Vacation Club timeshare
operations. Worked directly with the ownership group to ensure that the unique aspects of the Temptation
and Desire Resorts were integrated into a successful membership that promoted client loyalty. Oversaw day
to day sales and marketing operations at multiple resorts including hiring, training and developing new
products.

Sales Director, Mayan Palace; Cancun, Mexico -- 2001 - 2004
In charge of overseeing a 100 person sales line including the hiring and training of sales staff and
management, closing tables, and setting yearly sales targets. Consistently increased sales year after year,
and worked with head office to implement new products. Reported directly to the Project Director.

Sales Manager, Mayan Palace; Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico -- 2000 - 2001
In charge of closing tables, training new sales staff, working with marketing staff to improve tour flow, and
maintaining sales targets. Assisted the Sales Director with monthly/yearly goal setting, implementing new
marketing programs, and working with the Customer Service department to ensure customer satisfaction.

Liner/front to back/closer, Mayan Palace; Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico -- 1998 - 2000
Over a two and a half year period, successfully worked as a sales liner, front to back and closer. Eventually
was responsible to oversee a team of sales liners, close their tables, set sales goals, monitor client follow
up, and train on advanced sales techniques.

Worked as an evening opc, in both inhouse and outhouse locations, booking qualified couples to attend
sales presentations. Helped to establish new marketing locations and set up referral programs.
