Captains serve an important purpose. They
provide information to the homeowners on
their block that comes to our liaison from
the Police Department or HOA. They also
collect valuable information about the
homeowners on their block in case of an
emergency. They are a point of contact
when you are going away on vacation to
make sure someone is watching your home
and collecting your mail. If you live at the
entrance of Boulder Creek lots 1-5 and 138-
142 and on lots 73-82 of Boulder, in the
lower cul-de-sac of Heron Point lots 107-
116, on the east end of Sandy Point lots 101-
106 and 128-131, or on Avian lots 63-72,
