Outcome 1:
A fully worked up placement programme for school staff to follow in an FE setting that enables them to learn about the FE context,
differentiation of learning for 14-16 year olds in the setting, post 16 progression opportunities and improved collaboration due to mutual
understanding.
Outcome 2:
A professionally produced placement folder to support the placement and a powerpoint presentation to be used to support the key content day.
Context:
The network is going to focus on the VLSP secondary targets which are to support the teaching of VRQs, facilitate collaboration,
contextualizing courses and disseminating practice. We are offering an activity that focuses on schools’ teaching staff understanding the context
of FE and the differentiation for 14-16 year olds in an FE setting.
