CLIENT CONTRACT
__________________________________________ ("Client") hereby contracts with Time Savers Errand &
Delivery Services to provide services in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
SERVICE PROVIDED: FEE:
1. Client agrees to pay Time Savers Errand and Delivery Service the fee (the "Fee") set forth above for services
rendered. For service, an invoice will be provided to Client by Time Savers Errand and Delivery Service upon
completion of service and payment will be made by Client upon receipt. Payment may be made by either credit card,
personal check, cashier's check or cash (US $ only). Fees incurred are in addition to any amount paid by Time
Savers Errand and Delivery Service to acquire goods or services requested by Client ("Reimbursable Expenses"). If
Reimbursable Expenses are expected to exceed $100 Time Savers Errand and Delivery Services will request the
Client provide the money to Time Savers Errand and Delivery Service for the goods prior to Time Savers Errand
and Delivery Service obtaining the goods. A fee of $35 will be assessed on any and all returned checks.
2. Hourly fees will be assessed in actual time increments with a one hour minimum within any one day period.
3. Time Savers Errand and Delivery Services is not responsible for any damages caused by a pet of the Client while
the pet is in the care of Time Savers Errand and Delivery Services. Time Savers Errand and Delivery Service will
not assume responsibility for any pet who expires during our care due to old age, health issues or natural acts of
God.
4. Client will not send Time Savers Errand and Delivery Services or its employees to do any work on Client's behalf
that is illegal or may put Time Savers Errand and Delivery Services employees in unreasonable danger. This
includes any local, county, state, or federal level.
5. Time Savers Errand and Delivery Services is a subcontractor of the Client. Client has no responsibility to
withhold any employment taxes from or provide any benefits to Time Savers Errand and Delivery Services.
