Emergency Communication:
Fixed telephone line on pool deck in the Coaches Offices
If you are in an activity area or away from a campus phone and an emergency occurs that requires 911,
call the Walnut Sheriff Station @ 909-595-2264 (Program into your phone for quick reference).
 Explain all pertinent info...Mt. SAC address, exact location, injury or issue
AND then immediately follow up with a call to public safety at x(909) 594-5611, ext.4555 so they can coordinate the log
CELL PHONE CALLS MADE TO 911 go to a CHP dispatcher and can slow response time.

Emergency Equipment:
Supplies (spine board) maintained by Pool Deck staff on the pool deck.
AED located in the ESWC, behind NW corner of pool bleachers

Roles of First Responder

 Immediate care of the injured or ill student-athlete
 Emergency equipment retrieval
 Activation of the Emergency Medical System (EMS)
