Some Suggested Identification Keys for Use with Catch of the Day 1
Below are some materials available on the web for you to use with your class to
support the lesson Catch of the Day 1:

Click Login then Great Pond Safari. Follow the link to Toolkit where you can
download the bug dial and the Great Pond Safari key. These are well presented,
clear keys which can be assembled, laminated and used on visits.

Follow the Resources link and choose from a range of keys and worksheets designed
to support all areas of Life and Living Processes.

On the right hand scroll menu go to whiteboards and then select primary. Scroll
down the page to Identification keys or the link to the BBC science clip on
interdependence. These are both useful activities for use on an interactive
whiteboard to introduce children to identification keys.

suitable for use alongside this unit. They cannot be downloaded but can be
purchased from this site.
