1 Concept and Organization
The first order of business is order. A podcast needs structure rising
out of its goals. Our first job is to bring focus to the main message
and design a format that allows all the elements to work together.
Nothing is more important.
1.5 The Parts
•The anchor – A host who pulls the message together and sets the tone
•Structure – A menu can help listeners focus and develop expectations
•Interaction – devices are set in place to give listeners a voice (and a buy-in).
•Content – Key people bring vitality to the message
•Follow through – Continuity and serialization helps sustain interest
and Production
Our broadcast experience serves to set our production standards high. A
professional sound - with clear, present voices, appropriate musical elements,
well balanced segments and crisp cogent messages reflect well on your
organization. The clarity and quality add up to positive impact.

Here’s the plan . . .
√ Design your podcast
√ Design the format to suit your goals – Define elements (News, education,
interactive conversation, guest experts). Choose anchor voice (either in-house or
professional) Select and prepare format transitions (Music, sound effects)
√ Organize production logistics. Establish recording and production schedule and
prepare facilities.
√ Answer your needs
√ We establish your preferences for distribution to membership. If needed, we can
create RSS subscription capabilities for scheduled feeds.
√ We can assist in the creation of a dedicated website page to provide membership
with a single location to select Podcast archives or answer back to Podcast
content with written or spoken responses. A special phone number can be
established to handle calls for use on the podcast. These recorded messages
would be transferred to our system for editing and insertion into the Podcast.
√ We can setup accommodations to record your personnel remotely from your
location. (Even your office)
