EXPANDED HORIZONS
SERVICES: The goal of Expanded Horizons is to help disadvantaged young people achieve
acceptance into college. The program empowers youth by engaging them in educational, recreational,

SERVICES: Minds Matter pairs high-achieving, low-income high school students with dedicated
mentors to achieve academic excellence and expand educational horizons. By working with their
mentors and attending top-tier summer college prep programs, Minds Matter's students gain academic
