Notification to organizers of ICT4all parallel events
Madam, Sir,
We are pleased to inform you that the list and the final program of the ICT parallel events to be
held during the second phase of the World Summit on Information Society, Tunis 2005, are
now available on the official host country website (www.smsitunis2005.tn) and on the official
ITU/WSIS website (www.itu.int/wsis).
Parallel event organizers will also find on the above-mentioned websites the rules governing
parallel events, as established by the Joint Committee.
In accordance with the aforementioned rules, the rooms allocated to the parallel events are
provided to the organizers within the summit perimeter free of charge, along with basic
furniture (Tables, chairs, podium with microphone) in conformity with the capacities and
schedule indicated on the program.
Additional equipments (PCs, videoprojectors, screens, wireless microphone, etc…) or services
required (interpreting, hosting, security, printing etc….) for the parallel event may be either :
• provided by the organizers themselves, or
• rented from the providers indicated on the host country website www.smsitunis2005.tn.
