ITU, in collaboration with WHO, is proud to present the eHealth pavilion

at ITU TELECOM WORLD 2009. This pavilion will provide a dynamic

environment for eHealth applications and projects from across the world,

to help examine how eHealth applications can benefit the individual,

assist with clinical treatment and build efficient information management

systems.

The eHealth pavilion provides further opportunity to explore key themes

also being discussed in the Forum at the event, such as what does it take

to make eHealth a reality in countries? How can we move from pilots to

integrated health program? And how can we transform healthcare and

achieve universal access?

The eHealth pavilion will consist of a non-commercial area where WHO

will showcase eHealth projects and practical applications from countries

participating at TELECOM WORLD 2009. A separate demonstration area

will offer a selection of eHealth innovations and solutions proposed by

industry.

Participation in the Pavilion

The pavilion has already attracted considerable interest from heads of

government, heads of UN agencies, Health and ICT ministers from across

the world, together with key industry players.

We would like to invite you to take advantage of this ground-breaking

space and be a part of the demonstration area of the eHealth pavilion at

ITU TELECOM WORLD 2009.

Showcase your eHealth solutions in front of a global audience and have

the opportunity to meet and network with the key players from this vital

field.
