CANDIDATE ELIGIBILITY:
    Geared toward upperclassmen (juniors/seniors), eligible sophomores and law students.
    Open during fall, spring and summer semesters.
    Students must be registered for an internship for academic credit with their college or university, and must provide
      official documentation on school letterhead confirming this information upon acceptance of the internship.
    Requires a minimum of 10 weeks (excluding weekends).
    Students must be available to work a minimum of two full days per week; some areas may require additional days.

Nickelodeon Online Flash Design - Promote Nickelodeon over the internet with kid friendly content
like games, trading cards, sweepstakes, character profiles, etc. Must be proficient in Flash.

mtv.com digital games - We create, critique, and maintain all things gaming on MTV.com. We are
responsible for everything found on games.mtv.com and in the games channel on Overdrive. Daily
games production work involves general site maintenance and organization, editorial content support,
website layout and design, and project planning. Must be passionate about video games!!

MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, LOGO, TV Land Digital/Online - The role of the
department is to keep the company on par with the current industry atmosphere, and with our
competitors. We strive to develop the website every day to make it a little bit better, more desirable to
users, to attract new users, increase page views, visits, and time spent per visit. Should have an interest
in new media/online technology. Basic Photoshop is helpful.

MTV, VH1, LOGO, Nickelodeon Motion/On-Air Graphics - On Air elements include opens,
bumpers, bugs, transitions, production frames. We have a team of designers, animators, project
managers, PA’s and Coordinators. Once we created the graphics we hand them off to
producers/editors who will insert the graphics into the show. MAC platform, Aftereffects, Final Cut.
Some departments require a reel or online portfolio.

MTV, Nickelodeon, LOGO, Creative Services Print Design - Functions as an in-house visual
communications department for MTV Networks. We employ Art Directors, Graphic Designers,
Copywriters and Project Managers and Project Coordinators, which handle a wide variety of print
related projects including: advertising campaigns, package design, consumer products and internal /
external support marketing materials. Must be proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator. Some
departments require a reel or online portfolio.

MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, Spike TV, mtvU, Comedy Central, LOGO, The N, Nick Jr. Production
– We are looking for professional, hard-working interns who are interested in learning about all aspects
of television production from producing to casting to production management. A general knowledge
of production as well as good organizational and communication skills are expected. Interns have an
active role in pre-production which includes researching guests, preparing cue cards, organizing scripts
and brainstorming stunt ideas. They receive valuable production experience in a control room, on-set
and on location for our various shoots. Interns will also gain insight to post production and the process
involved with editing shows together. Some departments require Final Cut or Avid skills.
