    Welcome to the 12th China International Cement Industry Exhibition

(CEMENTTECH 2011).

    This manual is written for a better assistant to the preparation of

exhibitors, making sure to achieve a complete success. Please read it

carefully and abide by the regulations mentioned to complete the issues of

booth construction, exhibits transportation, accommodations and so on of

CEMENTECH 2011.

    All kinds of application forms should be filled in and sent to the

related service providers before deadlines. All application forms as soon

as confirmed should be seemed as legal contracts.

                               Ⅲ Important Notice

   Booth: Two types of booth are provided: 1.standard booth 2.raw space booth, pleased check

    the type of booth carefully which you have booked before your transacting related

    procedures.

   Time: Exhibitors should abide by the time regulations of BEC; time for registration and

    booth construction is April 12-13 2011 (See the Time Table), please arrange your time

    reasonably according to the working capacity. If extra working hours are needed, please

    make sure that application is reported to BEC Service Center Office before 15:00 (Located

    on right side of HALL 1) and pay the related fee.

   License: During the exhibition time (including move-in and move-out) exhibitors must

    carry with their exhibitor card. Please get your license on April 12-13 2011 when

    registration.(Exhibitors must take two 1 inch ID photos for making you card )

   Business Center: There is a biz center located in the west-southern area of HALL 1 for

    providing services to all people who need them.

   Exhibits: Organizer is NOT responsible for receiving or keeping any exhibits for exhibitors.

    Exhibitors should contact the Official Freight Forwarder „Sinotrans Beijing Company‟ for

    all transportation related issues. Moving-out of exhibits is strictly forbidden until exhibition

    close.

   Photo & Camera Shooting: Only the invited reporters can bring audiovisual equipments

    into the venue, exhibitors can only shoot their own booth.

   Propaganda Materials Distributing: Exhibitors can only distribute their materials within

    their own booths or within the News Center, distributing in public areas is forbidden.

       Insurance: Exhibitors should cover insurance for their exhibits and people, organizer have

        no responsibility for any losing of your property.

       Others: exhibitors must keep their belongings well; smoking is strictly forbidden within the

        exhibition hall; sales within the exhibition hall is strictly forbidden, CEMENTTECH only

        open to the professional visitors, under age of 18 and none-related people are not welcomed.




                           ⅣStandard Booth Regulations
Organizer provides standard booth as bellowing:
Size:3m X 3m
Including:Three walls
            Two spotlights
            One 220V-5A Power Outlet
            One Information Desk
            Two Chairs
            One Trash Can
            One Fascia Board



To ensure the exhibition runs safely and
functionally, the exhibitors shall follow the items below.

         All standard booths shall be designed and put up by the organizers using modular
          aluminum system.
         All furnished booths are on a hiring basis and exhibitors are normally not allowed to
          make any alterations to the structure of the booths or remove any integral parts from the
          booths. Exhibitors wish to delete or change the location of any standard equipment within
          the booth, should indicate clearly and send clear instructions to the official contractor.
         No additional booth fitting or display will be attached to the standard booth structure.
         No tapes, nails or fixtures of any kind tools are allowed to be put on the partitions, floor
          or ceiling. Exhibitors are liable to any damage caused to their booth fixtures or fittings at
          the fair.
         Exhibitor‟s booth that occupies at the corner has the choice to open the partition panel(s)
          near the alleyway and change into a fascia including name and booth number. Unless
          informed by the exhibitor in writing, the organizers will assume that exhibitors occupying
          corner booths would like to open the additional side(s).
         Unless requested by the exhibitor, the organizers shall assume that exhibitors occupying
          two or more adjoining standard booths will choose to delete the partitioning panels inside

        booths. Exhibitors should notify the organizers in writing if they want to retain the
        partitioning panels.
       Exhibitors shall take responsibilities and compensate losses incurred by any incompliance.
        BEC Exhibition Branch Co., Ltd. reserves the right to punish or expel those who fail to
        report hidden danger and those who refuse to follow dissuasions.

Notes: Should the exhibitor have any other requests (consultation, booth dismantling and
remodeling, furniture and equipment leasing, flower decoration, lighting installation, power
supply installation or the procurement of tools, fittings, office supplies, etc.), please handle
relevant procedures at On-site Service Center of Beijing Exhibition Center.


                           Ⅴ Raw Space Regulations

To strengthen the management of exhibition construction and ensure the full functionality and
smooth delivery of exhibitions and other large-scale events (hereinafter referred to as
“exhibitions”) at Beijing Exhibition Centre (BEC), exhibition contractors and subcontractors shall
strictly comply with Beijing Municipal Provisional Regulations on Safety Management of Fire
Prevention and Fighting in Exhibitions and Trade Fair Activities, Beijing Municipal Regulations
on Management of Public Security in Large-scale Social Activities and other rules and regulations
concerning exhibitions. Exhibition contractors and subcontractors shall be willingly subject to the
direction, supervision and inspection of the exhibition organizers and competent departments of
BEC Exhibition Branch Co., Ltd., s and ensure the security of booth and personal safety.
Provisions for the management of exhibition construction are hereby laid down as follows:

A. Qualification Requirements

Any and all prospective contractors and subcontractors at Beijing Exhibition Centre (BEC)
shall possess the following qualifications:

       Registered capital listed on the business license shall exceed RMB 300,000.
       Exhibition contractors and subcontractors active in the previous booth-building projects at
        BEC shall be free from any accident and casualty. (Contractors and subcontractors
        disqualified by BEC can be found out at www.bjexpo.com.)
       Contractors and subcontractors with registered corporate capital of less than RMB
        300,000 shall pay double deposit and submit Letter of Attorney from exhibitors (or
        entrusting party) and copies of business license with the seal of the entrusting exhibitors.

B. Procedures for Project Delivery

1. Contractors and subcontractors shall complete procedures for project delivery at BEC
Exhibition Branch Co., Ltd. one week in advance of move-in and submit the following
materials.

                   Letter of Introduction for exhibition project delivery, copies of the duplicate of business
                    license and copies of the duplicate of business license with the contractor/subcontractor‟s
                    seal
                   Copies of Identification Card of the legal representative of the contractors/subcontractors
                   Color design effect drawing, floor plan, elevation and circuit diagram (with size clearly
                    marked)
                   Copies of the contract between contractors/subcontractors and exhibitors and Letter of
                    Attorney of the exhibitors
                   One-inch bareheaded photo of each and every construction worker and valid certifications
                    of such special workers as electricians
                   Safety Responsibility Agreement on Booth Construction at Beijing Exhibition Centre
                    signed by the legal representative of the contractor/subcontractor or entrusted with the
                    contractor‟s/subcontractor‟s seal
                   Filling in application form of project delivery

        3. Extra Work Hours

        Contractors and subcontractors (including exhibitors) shall handle procedures for extra work hours
        at On-site Service Centre of BEC prior to 16:00pm of the day, 50% surcharge will be levied for
        late declaration for extra work hours after 16:00pm. Overtime costs shall be tripled for extra work
        hours after 00:00am.

        Contractors and subcontractors shall submit the color design effect drawing, floor plan, elevation
        and circuit diagram (with size clearly marked) to On-site Service Centre of BEC one week in
        advance of move-in date. Or 30% surcharge will be charged.

        Upon booth-dismantling of the day, on-site personnel in charge of BEC Exhibition Branch
        Co., Ltd. shall be requested for checkup and acceptance. Deposit may be refunded the day
        the exhibition booth in question is dismantled, if no irregularities are detected such as safety
        issues, damage to the equipment and facilities of BEC and casualties. Without the checkup
        and acceptance of BEC Exhibition Branch Co., Ltd., deposit shall not be refunded.

                 Application for power supply connection shall be completed one day prior to the official
                  move-in time. Additionally 30% of the total application cost shall be charged into the
                  application costs for electricity connection after move-in.

        C. Management of Construction Workers

        1. Construction workers on the site shall dress in uniform and carry the Construction Card issued
        by the exhibition organizers for on-site checkup. Electricians shall carry their licenses with the
        word “Electrician” on it and shall willingly subject to the inspection from the BEC staff. BEC has
        the right to order those people incompliant with BEC requirements to move out of the construction
        site.

        2. During overhead operation, construction workers shall use quality and safe elevators and
        operation platform. Workers must fasten safety belts and wear crash helmets on the construction

site. Personnel shall be in charge of work safety on site. Smoking is prohibited in the exhibition
hall.

3. Before move-in, Move-out Permit for Exhibition Building Materials shall be signed (covering
reusable building materials and displays, furniture, lighting, etc.). The aforesaid objects shall only
be moved out with the Permit. Please fill in the required information truthfully and accurately.

4. In the exhibition opening hours, contractors and subcontractors shall keep electricians and
carpenters on duty to deal with problems in time. Circuits and electric equipment shall be installed
by professional electricians with certifications issued by state labor authorities. Meanwhile,
electricians shall avoid irregularities and carry Electricians‟ Pass for on-site checkup. Procedures
for construction shall cover Permits for workers on duty.




D. Exhibition Project Delivery

1. During project delivery, contractors and subcontractors shall strictly comply with Beijing
Municipal Provisional Regulations on Safety Management of Fire Prevention and Fighting in
Exhibitions and Trade Fair Activities, Beijing Municipal Regulations on Management of Public
Security in Large-scale Social Activities and rules and regulations provided by BEC Exhibition
Branch Co., Ltd. Contractors and subcontractors shall willingly subject to the direction,
supervision and inspection of the exhibition organizers and the competent departments of BEC
Exhibition Branch Co., Ltd., and ensure the security of booth and personal safety.

2. Contractors and subcontractors shall strictly comply with Provisions for Construction
Management at BEC and the relevant rules of Safety Responsibility Agreement on Booth
Construction at Beijing Exhibition Centre. Contractors and subcontractors are required to provide
work safety training programs for construction workers prior to move-in.

3. No exhibition booths or their shadow area shall be larger than those agreed in the Lease
Contract. Should booth shadow area be larger than that agreed in the contract, the consents from
the exhibition organizer and BEC Exhibition Branch Co., Ltd. must be obtained in advance.
Management charge thereof shall be levied according to the exact booth shadow area.

4. Contractors and subcontractors shall guarantee exhibition booths are firm and safe. Building
materials shall be fire-proof or fire-retardant. Cotton tarpaulin, mull, elastic cloth, etc. are
prohibited.

5. Joints of steel frame and joist of exhibition booths shall be welded or fixed with bolts rather
than lead lines or iron lines to ensure booth structures are steady and firm.

6. Building materials shall be environmentally-friendly. Pungent and volatile building materials
contrary to environment standards are forbidden. Wooden structures shall be coated with
fire-retardant paint.

7. It is prohibited to hang part of booth on the net structure of the exhibition hall. Nailing, hanging,
binding booths on wall, ceiling, pillar, railing on the second floor and special wiring of the
exhibition hall are forbidden. All parts of individual booth shall be linked to shell scheme. Booths
shall not be higher than those provided by BEC. (Max. height is 6 m. BEC reserves the right to
deduct deposit if the booth is higher than 6m.) Note: Maximum height for structures on the
second floor and under corridors and ceiling lamps is 3.5 m.

8. Neither equipment nor facilities of BEC shall be damaged and nor their functions and locations
be changed. It is prohibited to brush glue, paint color and affix objects such publicity materials, etc.
on the equipment, facilities and buildings of BEC. Only non-residual one-side and double-side
cloth tapes may be used for the exhibition floor.

9. Effective and efficient protection measures shall be put in place for electric equipment and
facilities lying under the exhibition floor of booths with scenic water (such as water pool, fountain,
fall, lawn, etc.). Without written consent of Construction Department of BEC Exhibition Branch
Co., Ltd., the construction shall not be commenced.

10. It is forbidden to build up booths or pile up at firefighting access and firefighting rolling
shutter door. Meanwhile, emergency exits and power distribution cabinet and the hidden
firefighting facilities (hydrant, infrared detector, monitor camera and firefighting access, etc.) shall
remain clear and accessible. The distance between exhibition booths and building walls shall
exceed 60 cm. Stacking objects of any kinds behind booths is prohibited.

11. Neither paint-spraying and paint-brushing operation shall be carried out in the exhibition hall
and nor is open-fire operation such as electric and gas welding in the exhibition hall. No electric
saw, planner, cutter and other processing tools shall be used in the exhibition hall. Combustible
and explosive materials (including alcohol, thinner and gasoline, etc.) are forbidden in booth
construction.

12. It is forbidden glue massive fire-proof board on the construction site in the exhibition hall.
Structures affixed with fire-proof board shall be pre-fabricated and finished before move-in.
Fire-proof board shall only be used for temporary reparation on the exhibition site.

13. Building materials shall be put within the allocated exhibition space in case of blocking
gangways. Otherwise, BEC has the right to dispose of the impediment as castoffs and respond to
the irregularities. Castoffs in booth building shall be put into dustbins in the exhibition hall at any
moment. In the construction, building materials shall not be stacked within or leaned against shell
schemes.

14. Carpeting contractors shall produce fire testing certification for carpet to On-site Service
Centre and complete procedures needed prior to move-in. Carpet flooring shall be subject to the
direction by the personnel of On-site Service Centre. Carpet laid on aisles shall be vacuumed
before exhibition opening ceremony.

15. Floral hire service is available at BEC. Flowers from any and all parties except BEC are
prohibited to access into the exhibition hall.

16. Instructions on Power-driven Operation on Exhibition Booths

(1) Installation of electric equipment and facilities used for exhibitions shall be operated in
compliance of Beijing Municipal Provisional Regulations on Safety Management of Fire
Prevention and Fighting in Exhibitions and Trade Fair Activities, Beijing Municipal Regulations
on Management of Public Security in Large-scale Social Activities,Electrical Engineering
Installation Standards of Beijing Municipality and Safety Techniques and Standards for Electrical
Appliances.

(2) Electric fittings such as lighting and miscellaneous power-driven objects and supporting
materials shall be certified as professional and safe by state competent departments and shall be
installed and used in accordance with relevant standards on installation and operation of electrical
appliances specified by Beijing Municipality. Leads must be made of copper.

(3) Standard dual-sheathed copper wires that are insulative and fire-retardant shall be employed to
connect the electric appliances. Twist electrical wires are prohibited in this respect. Terminal
blockers shall be used to link leads. No leads shall be exposed.

(4) Hollow nozzle partitions shall be employed to cover leads that cross the exhibition ground and
floor. No joints of leads shall lie under the protectors. Power-on for exhibition booths shall operate
on the lower interface of power distribution cabinet (or box), rather than upper interface.

(5) Exhibition booths shall install protective apparatus for each and every electric circuit and shall
not overload power supply. Earthling protection shall be conducted for metal-made electrical
fittings. Dual-sheath copper wire without joints shall be prepared by individual booths for
temporary power consumption.

(6) Neon lights and high-temperature iodine-tungsten lights are prohibited on the exhibition site.
Exothermic parts and wooden fixtures of electric fittings (such as ballast, transformer, etc.) shall
be insulated with asbestos pad and other fire-retardant and heat-insulation materials.

(7) Without prior consent, contractors and subcontractors shall not use the existing facilities of the
exhibition hall, such as power distribution cabinet, water and air supply facilities, etc. Lighting
shall not be installed on pillars as light boxes. No the equipment and facilities belonging to BEC
shall be dismantled, removed or disfigured.

(8) In the event that hidden danger or wrongdoings are detected, BEC Exhibition Branch Co., Ltd.
is entitled to cut power supply without prior notification. Precision instrument including
computers shall be equipped with constant power supply for uninterrupted operation. Any and all
possible data losses or damage incurred to precision instrument hereof due to power outage shall
not be compensated by BEC Exhibition Branch Co., Ltd.

17. Outdoor Booth Building:

(1) Contractors and subcontractors for outdoor exhibition space shall complete procedures and
sign Safety Responsibility Agreement on Booth Construction at Beijing Exhibition Centre one

week in advance of move-in along with procedures for indoor build-up. Both outdoor and indoor
project delivery shall be operated within the proscribed timeframe.

(2) Maximum height of outdoor exhibition booths is 5m. Booth plan with the approval seal of
qualified engineering institutions and approval report and seal of registered structure designers of
State Class Two shall be provided for outdoor booths and double-decker booths that are higher
than 5m.

(3) Possible safety problems arising out of or in connection with such natural factors as wind and
rain shall be fully taken into account in building outdoor booths. In this case, effective and
efficient prevention measures shall be put on site.

(4) No outdoor booth structures shall span beyond 6m. Otherwise, the structure shall be supported
by pillars. Steel structure shall be employed for large-span booths to ensure booth frame is steady
and firm.

(5) Outdoor booths are required to be safe and firm. Building materials shall meet standards for
temporary structures stipulated by state competent authorities and shall be functional and firm.
Structures, building decorations, railings or walls in the BEC open space may not be used to fix
exhibition booths. It is prohibited to damage the ground and buildings in BEC open space through
any act like drilling holes or driving expansion bolts.

(6) The ground and buildings on the BEC square shall be protected and prevented from oil paint,
paint, adhesive, etc.. Open-fire operation on the square is prohibited. Only with written consent of
Security Department of BEC, open-fire operation shall be conducted.

(7) Fire-fighting facilities shall be prepared for outdoor booths. Meanwhile, patrol inspection shall
be tightened to ensure safety and security.

(8) Electric fittings for outdoor booths, such as lighting, power socket, power distribution cabinet,
etc. shall be water-proof and prepared with rain-proof and power-leak-proof measures put in place.
Wiring on site shall allow no wire joints and wires in question shall be covered with hollow nozzle
partitions. Metal wire protector shall be equipped with power ground protection.

18. Personnel shall be put in charge of the dismantling of booths. Top-down operation is required.
It is forbidden to dismantle by force such as knocking down, pulling down. It is prohibited to
chuck building materials in breakdown.

19. Immediately after dismantling of the day, on-site administrators from BEC Exhibition Branch
Co., Ltd. shall be requested for check and acceptance, including:

       No adhesive tape, paint, etc may be left on the exhibition floor or ground.
       Equipment and facilities provided by BEC shall be subject to no damage or loss.

Deposit may not be refunded without the check and acceptance of BEC Exhibition Branch Co.,
Ltd. after the dismantling of the day.

            20. Exhibition organizers and BEC Exhibition Branch Co., Ltd. have the right to require
            contractors and subcontractors to rectify or cease construction and even expel those who fail to act
            in compliance with the aforesaid provisions. In the event accidents such as collapse, physical
            injury and injury of workers and damage to the BEC buildings occur, the contractor/subcontractor
            concerned shall be held liable.

            21. In the event that contractors/subcontractors are involved in accidents such as collapse of
            booths, injury of workers and other physical injury and damage to the BEC buildings or act of
            breaking public security in project delivery, BEC Exhibition Branch Co., Ltd. reserves the right to
            issue warning or permanent disqualification of the contractor/subcontractor concerned at BEC
            according to the severity of incompliance, and charge a penalty under Punishment Provisions for
            Construction at Beijing Exhibition Centre. In the event of the disqualification of the
            contractor/subcontractor responsible, BEC Exhibition Branch Co., Ltd. shall make public
            wrongdoing announcement industry-wide and inform prospective BEC organizers of the
            disqualification.

            22. Any and all disputes between contractors/subcontractors and a third party shall prevent BEC
            Exhibition Branch Co., Ltd. from any involvement. In the event that any act of build-up and
            dismantling or structure, logo or banner of booths, etc. incurs reputation disgrace or physical
            damage to a third party, the contractor/subcontractor responsible shall subject to indemnity
            depending on the severity of wrongdoings. If the third party claims for indemnity to BEC under
            the law, BEC has the right thereafter to recover the indemnity from the contractor/subcontractor
            concerned. The contractor/subcontractor shall be held liable for the indemnity and for the loss
            incurred to BEC.

Exhibitors may consign their exhibits to Sinotrans Beijing Company either:
(a) to Sinotrans Beijing Company directly;
(b) Through our nominated oversea forwarding agents in your area. (Agent list to be submitted
upon request)
Exhibitors are reminded to send their exhibits directly to Sinotrans Beijing Company or to send
them to Sinotrans Beijing Company through our nominated overseas agents (the Overseas Agents
List to be submitted upon request). We hereby earnestly advise exhibitors to entrust their exhibits
to our nominated agents. We have a long-term cooperation with these agents who have
accumulated rich experience in documentation and on-site operation especially for overseas
exhibits to be sent to this exhibition. Thus, we believe they will provide the most convenient
service to the exhibitors. If exhibitors entrust their exhibits to other agents who are not nominated
by us, these exhibits can hardly be guaranteed the timely delivery to the booth before the
exhibition, as well as the timely return from China after the exhibition. In addition, exhibitors are
requested to strictly abide by the stipulations and deadlines in this Shipping Guideline in terms of
documentation, information, and exhibits for this exhibition. We also suggest to be informed of all
the detailed information of the cargo volume one month before the move-in period of the
exhibition. This will enable us to easily make a complete plan for the move-in operation including
the allocation of manpower and lifting equipment to ensure perfect services as well as a smooth
and safe on-site handling to all the exhibitors.

Kind Reminder:
For sea freight, exhibitors should instruct shipping companies to release shipments at Xingang CY,
not Beijing CY or CFS. This can avoid complications created by customs procedures.

Exhibitors are reminded that our tariff for picking up cargos at Beijing CY or CFS is the same as
for picking up cargos at Xingang CY.

4. Documents
Documents needed for customs clearance and other procedures:

* Quarantine and/or fumigation certificate:
For wood packing, the IPPC (International Plant Protection Convention) Mark should be
put/stuck on both sides of the outside package;
For non-wood packing, a letter of Declaration of Non-Wood Packing Material should be submitted
(1 original and 1copy)
Please see Chapter 14 for more details.

All exhibitors are requested to complete in full earnestly and accuracy the Declaration Form and
send it to us according to our Time Schedule (deadline). A detailed and accurate description of
exhibits and relevant cargoes, including major components and quantities must be specifically
declared on the form. The abbreviations and shorter forms of all the exhibits should not appear on

the declaration form. For machines and equipments, relevant model numbers and H.S. Numbers
must be declared completely and accurately. According to the regulations of the Customs
Authority, if there is any fault found in the declaration, relative exhibits shall not be allowed for
display in the exhibition, they will be compelled to be directly returned from China, and a fine will
be imposed by the customs.
Catalogues, display materials, souvenirs, gifts, give-away items, foodstuffs, beverages, cigarettes
etc. must also be clearly listed on the declaration form in detail.
Duties will be levied for foodstuffs, beverages, alcoholic drinks, tobaccos, cigarettes (only to be
allowed for self-use or self-consumption during the exhibition) as well as watches, calculators,
souvenirs, gifts and give-away items (All the give-away items must bear the symbol of the
exhibitor‟s company and can only be given away after the inspection and approval of the Customs
Authority and the Quarantine Authority).

Goods, which are to be abandoned, should be inspected by the customs 2 days before the
closing of the exhibition. Goods cannot be abandoned without the approval of the customs and
they should be handed over to the customs in good conditions after the closing of the exhibition.
The customs will evaluate the abandoned goods for auction purposes. If the abandoned goods have
an auction value, they will be taken over by the customs; if not, they should be returned from
China or destroyed in China. All the expenses arising thereof should be borne by the exhibitor
according to our Tariff. Therefore, exhibitors are sincerely advised not to abandon their exhibits at
random.
Model numbers of machines or machine tools and H. S. Numbers must be filled in the
Declaration Form for customs inspection purpose. For machines or machine tools without model
numbers, technical manuals should be attached to the Declaration Form.
The materials should be declared in details for stand or its fittings with value of over USD100.00.
Hand-carried exhibits brought to the exhibition must also be declared on an additional form.
For containerized exhibits, exhibitors are requested to mark on each Declaration Form the
container number under which exhibits are contained according to correct and clear serial number
of the cases, so as to facilitate customs clearance and on-site handling.

Exhibitors are reminded that measurement and weight of exhibits completed on the Declaration
Form must be strictly accurate as per the actual exhibits. Otherwise, a 30% penalty will be added
to our respective handling charges on the basis of the actual measurement and weight of the
exhibits once our on-site staff detects any false declaration. Furthermore, any loss of facilities and
persons of our company or the exhibition center, due to exhibitors‟ false declaration of
measurement and weight of exhibits, will be reimbursed by exhibitors. All the penalty or
reimbursement will be collected at the exhibition site.
When the gross weight of an individual case of exhibits exceeds 3000kgs or when the total volume
is substantial, i.e. over 5 cubic meters, exhibitors should submit a drawn-to-scale layout to
facilitate transport and positioning of their exhibits. Case number and front side of the case must
be clearly shown on the layout as well as on the case.

Once shipment is made, please advise us by fax or e-mail of shipment details including:
* Number of packages, volume and weight of the shipment;

* Estimated date of departure and arrival; and
a) For sea shipments -- name of vessel, ocean B/L number (vessel name and B/L number for
second carrier, if any)
b) For air shipments -- MAWB number, flight number (HAWB number, if any)
For air shipments, Declaration Form must be attached with airline airway bills, as shipments can
only be cleared through the customs with this document.
Exhibitors are requested not to consign their cargoes via express mail/courier service (such as
DHL or UPS etc), since these cargoes will have to be cleared and picked up at the airport by us.
Charges for handling cargoes via express mail/courier service will be the same as the charges for
handling cargoes by airfreight.

6. Materials for censoring
It is stipulated by the Chinese Customs Authority that:
“Advertising materials, literatures and audio/video materials including films, lantern slides,
recording tapes, video tapes, optical discs and magnetic media products, records, photos, maps,
illustrations, directions, souvenirs, gifts, give-away and other publicity materials shall be allowed
for display or use at the exhibition only after exhibitors have presented beforehand the above
mentioned materials to the Customs Authority for inspection and approval. Anything concerning
political issues and any sign of ROC is not allowed to appear on above materials.”

Therefore, exhibitors shall not make use of these materials before censoring. For this purpose,
exhibitors should send samples of the above materials (2 copies) to us together with Declaration
Form according to our time schedule. All these materials will be handed over to the customs for
inspection in advance.
It is advisable to send all audio/video materials (including their scripts and descriptions) to us for
censoring. Otherwise, exhibitors shall submit them to the customs through our on-site staff before
making use of them in the exhibition.

7. Hand - carried exhibits
Exhibitors with small enough exhibits can hand-carry them to the exhibition, although they must
go through the Red Channel and should declare to the customs at the Beijing Capital Airport that
their hand-carried items are for exhibition purpose. If the hand-carried items are detained by the
customs at the airport, exhibitors should hand over the Detention Receipt and Declaration Form
(duly filled out) to our staff at the exhibition site to arrange pick-up of the exhibits from the airport.
Exhibitors arriving late with hand-carried exhibits should be prepared that the customs formalities
and pick-up procedures may take up one to two days. In addition, exhibitors must fax or e-mail us
their Declaration Form of hand-carried exhibits (including number of packages, weight,
measurement, description and value of the exhibits) beforehand. Charges for arranging the above
procedures will be collected at the exhibition site.

These hand-carried exhibits will be returned to overseas as a shipment after the exhibition.
However, if exhibitors intend to hand-carry them back, these exhibits must be supervised to the
airport by our staff due to the requirement of customs, and those under ATA carnet will be treated
the same way.

8. Inside-China cargo to be displayed at international booth
According to the Customs Authority,   international stands are part of the customs bonded area. Any
cargo that is already inside of China with intention to be displayed at an international booth must
be declared to the Customs Authority. Exhibitors or their agents are especially reminded to submit
the List of Inside-China Exhibits to the Customs Authority through us for temporary registration
and further inspection. Otherwise,exhibitors or their agents must bear all the consequences
arising thereof. The respective handling charges will be levied according to our Tariff (see the
Tariff of this exhibition).

9. Heavy and/or oversized exhibits
Exhibitors who have heavy and/or oversized exhibits (i.e. individual package / pieces weighing
more than 3000kgs and/or its volume being over 5 cbms) must be on-site all the time during the
move-in and move-out periods in order to direct the operation of unpacking, positioning, and
repacking of the exhibits. If any manpower, a crane, a forklift, a truck, or a trailer is required for
assembly of an exhibit, including removing its wooden base during move-in period or for
disassembly of the exhibit, including padding its wooden base during the move-out period,
exhibitors should send their requirements to us in advance. Charges for hiring such facility are
covered in our Tariff. A detailed layout of exhibits should also be submitted to us for better
on-site operations. If no layout has been submitted or no instruction is given, exhibits will be
delivered and placed arbitrarily on the stand. Extra expenses will be levied if exhibitors request
any repositioning of the exhibits thereafter.

It is imperative to mount the heavy exhibit firmly on a sturdy base with skid in order to protect the
exhibit while being hoisted and positioned. Cases for heavy exhibits should be so constructed that
the sides are jointed by bolts rather than by nails or screws. This will prevent the cases from being
damaged during unpacking and will save considerable time, especially during the exhibition
closing. Please mark the “front side” of the cases clearly to ensure correct positioning.

10. Packing of exhibits
Exhibitors shall be responsible for the consequences of improper packing.
*A. Protection against damage and rain
Because the exhibits are repeatedly loaded and unloaded during transportation, shocking or
bumping will sometimes be inevitable. Moreover, exhibits will be placed outdoors many times,
including open-air storage at the exhibition site before and after the exhibition. Therefore,
exhibitors must take necessary precautions against damage and adverse weather conditions. We
can not assume any responsibility for the damage, especially when return exhibits are to be
repacked with the used packing materials (the cases as well as aluminum foils, plastic covers etc.
would have already been damaged during unpacking).
*B. The case
The case must be strong enough to avoid damage during transportation as well as unpacking, and
in particular, be suitable for repacking and for sale or return movement after the exhibition.
Packing in cartons is not considered suitable for repeated handling, especially for valuable or
delicate items.

12. Unpacking and repacking of exhibits
Customs clearance will be in effect at the exhibition site. We will deliver exhibits to stands, assist
unpacking and repacking and customs clearance with the signature of exhibitors or their
authorized agents. Exhibitors are highly recommended that their representatives are present
on-site during the move-in & move-out periods to supervise positioning, unpacking, and
repacking

of exhibits. This is especially important for the more delicate or heavy exhibits, as the on-site
operations will be carried out at the exhibitors’ risk.
We will not be responsible for delay of customs clearance and positioning/displaying of exhibits
due to late arrival of exhibitors‟ representatives or without receiving explicit instructions from
exhibitors beforehand.

As the customs requires the official forwarder to be responsible for every exhibit, exhibitors
should not be allowed either to take any of their exhibits out of the exhibition site before, during,
or after the exhibition without the customs inspection and approval, or to unpack their exhibits
on-site without prior arrangement with the Customs through us. We shall not be responsible for
any confiscation or fines arising thereof.
When exhibits are repacked with used packing materials, these packing are regarded as no longer
suitable to protect exhibits against damage/moisture compared with the originals. Exhibitors shall
therefore bear the responsibility for the consequences arising thereof.

13. Insurance
As our tariff is compiled on the volume or weight basis and has no correlation with the value of
exhibits, naturally no insurance has been covered in our tariff and all work is undertaken by us at
owners’ risk. Thus, exhibitors should arrange a proper round-trip (including exhibition period)
of all risk insurance for their exhibits and such insurance must include a waiver of subrogation
against Sinotrans Beijing Company and its agents and/or subcontractors.
It is advisable to insure exhibits through the company, The People‟s Insurance Company of China.
Exhibitors should also bring a copy of the insurance policy to Beijing with them. It will be
required in case exhibitors need to file a claim for damage or loss in China.
Sinotrans Beijing Company will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to exhibits,
which are not insured by exhibitors.

According to the regulations of the customs exhibition bonded warehouse, all the exhibits stored
in the bonded warehouse should be insured against all risks. Any loss of or damage to the exhibits
in the warehouse should be borne by the relative insurer.

14. Quarantine inspection
According to the quarantine law of China, all the incoming exhibits (including their packages)
have to be quarantined before they arrive in China. Once plant disease and insect pests are
detected on the incoming cargos (including exhibits and their packages), such cargos will be
disinfected or fumigated in China, or will be ordered to return directly from port of China by the
Quarantine Authority of China (please refer to our Tariff for relevant charges).


A. Packing materials
For all wooden packages, pallets/bases, pads, and stow-wood, the IPPC Mark in black color must
be put (stuck) on opposite sides of each outside package by relative departments appointed by the
official quarantine authority of the country where the cargos are transported from. All the
exhibitors must inform us in written form whether the IPPC MARK has been put (stuck) on
opposite sides of each outside package and whether the packing material is Conifer Wood or
Non-Conifer Wood.

For goods that are not packed with wood packing materials or are not loaded with wooden pallets,
exhibitors are required to submit a letter of DECLARATION OF NON-WOOD PACKING
MATERIAL.

B. Wadding inside the packages

According to the regulations of the Quarantine Authority, all the wadding (materials) inside the
packages must be new, nonpoisonous, harmless and standardized. Otherwise, the exhibits will not
be allowed for display on the stand.


C. Foods, animals, plants and their products
1.   According to the regulations of the Quarantine Authority of China, if animals/plants and their
products (including live animals / plants, seeds, meat products, milk products, fresh
fruits) are intended to be displayed in relative and specialized exhibitions, the detailed
information (including the quarantine certificate issued by the country where such
cargos are transported from, the packing list, the commercial invoice and the
declaration form for temporary import exhibits, etc.) must be provided to us before the
transportation of such cargos in order that we may apply to the Quarantine Authority
of China for the import license of such cargos in advance. We shall inform the
exhibitors that such cargos be sent out right after we get the import license.
Meanwhile, the exhibitors must submit the official quarantine certificate (the original
one issued by the country where such cargos are transported from) to the Quarantine
Authority of China through us. If animals/plants and their products are not intended
for relative and specialized exhibitions, exhibitors are earnestly requested not to send
or carry any such cargoes. Additionally, in accordance with the regulations of the
Quarantine Authority of China, any cargo with soil must not be sent or carried into
China. If any soil is detected on the cargo, such cargo will be ordered to return
immediately and directly from China.
2.   If exhibits under the category of fresh flowers (without soil) are intended for relative and
specialized exhibitions, the exhibitors must submit the official quarantine certificate (the original
one issued by the country where such cargos are transported from) to the Quarantine Authority of
China through us, and such cargos can be delivered to stands only after their inspection from the
Quarantine Authority of China.
3.   If exhibits under the category of foodstuffs, beverages, and alcoholic drinks are intended for
relative and specialized exhibitions, the exhibitors must submit the Certificate of Origin and the
Health Certificate (the original ones issued by the country where such cargos are transported from)
to the Quarantine Authority of China through us, and such cargos can be delivered to stands only
after their inspection from the Quarantine Authority of China.
For return shipments, some countries‟ governments require that wooden cases and/or wooden
pallets containing the return exhibits must be fumigated before they leave China. We can arrange
the fumigation for such shipments or make new packages being suitable to the quarantine
requirement of the destination country upon request of the exhibitor and/or its agent. The charges
thereof will be advised.
Because the fumigation procedure will require extra time and care, exhibitors are reminded that
their exhibits will take a significantly longer time to receive.
All the charges of quarantine inspection and/or fumigation for the incoming and return shipments
will be levied according to our Tariff.

15. Move-in of exhibition
During the move-in period, we will deliver exhibits to booths on time and assist exhibitors in

unpacking and positioning the exhibits according to the request of exhibitors and their agents.
Meanwhile, exhibitors will fill out the exhibit delivery note in order to confirm that all the inbound
handling charges are paid off before the move-in of the exhibits, and that exhibitors have strictly
observed the regulations of the customs and quarantine authorities.
16. Closing of exhibition
The following documents will be distributed to exhibitors before exhibition closing:
a) A copy of the Declaration Form previously submitted to us
b) A form of Instructions for Disposal of Exhibits
c) Packing List of Exhibits to be returned
We will start to return empty cases from storage area to stands on the evening of the closing day.
Exhibitors, however, shall start repacking on the next day.
Upon exhibition closing, exhibitors are requested to declare to the customs on the Declaration
Form the proper disposal instructions of their exhibits as follows:
a) Sold
b) Donated
c) To be returned
d)   Abandoned
e) Given away
f) Consumed
g) To be transferred
h) To be disposed
Please fill out and return the Instructions for Disposal of Exhibits to us before the day of
exhibition closing. After the closing of the exhibition, all exhibits should be moved to the
customs bonded warehouse due to the requirement of the customs. Relevant charges will be
levied according to our Tariff.
Exhibitors must pay special attention to the following customs regulations:
A. Declaration of contents in each package must be correct.
B. Items (e.g. personal effects, souvenirs bought in China etc.) other than those declared exhibits
are absolutely not allowed to be returned together with exhibits.

C. Everything have been declared to the Customs before the exhibition opening, must not be
disposed or taken away by exhibitors without being declared to the Customs after the closing of
the exhibition. Otherwise, exhibitors should be responsible for any penalty by the Customs arising
thereof.


17. Return of exhibits
All exhibits, which have not been sold, donated, abandoned, given away or transferred, must be
returned to overseas after the closing of the exhibition.
According to the regulations of the Chinese Customs Authority, all exhibits must be disposed of
within 4 months after the close of the exhibition. That being said, exhibitors are suggested to
submit to us the adequate disposal of the exhibits in writing prior to the above-stipulated time.
All return shipments will not be arranged before the exhibitors have gone through all customs
clearance requirements. Exhibits are to be handed over with their instructions. Once these
instructions have been carried out with customs and relevant transportation parties, any changes
will not be accepted.

According to the regulations of customs, the customs broking agent (Sinotrans Beijing Company,)
will arrange the space booking for air and sea shipment returns. Otherwise, we will not be
responsible for any consequences arising thereafter.

18. Containerized exhibits
Exhibitors are reminded that container numbers must be correctly and clearly marked on
respective Declaration Forms This is important for the facilitation of customs clearance,
devanning of containers, and delivery of exhibits to stands.
In order to save from unnecessary detention fee, exhibitors are requested to submit us a written
instruction for disposal of empty containers before devanning, specifying empty containers to
be returned to container yard (CY) upon devanning or empty containers to be detained for return
shipments. Otherwise, empty containers will be automatically detained at on-site storage area until
an explicit instruction is submitted to us. The entire detention fee as well as the storage charge
arising thereof will be for exhibitors‟ account.
According to the shipping agencies, detention fees will also be applicable to containers with
return shipments. These detention fees will be calculated until full load containers are returned to
carriers.
We are not responsible for the disposal of empty containers coming by rail if they are not accepted
at CY. Exhibitors should be prepared to return such empty containers to the original terminal. We
can assist with transporting them back by sea at the exhibitors‟ request. All the expenses arising
thereof will be on exhibitors‟ account.
If containers are self-owned, exhibitors must submit to us a copy of an effective certificate
providing evidence that the containers are owned or leased by them in order to avoid the
miscalculation of detention fees.
Container detention fees will be calculated and collected according to our Tariff. The Charges
for empty container returns to CY, and that of extra empty container pick-ups from CY for return
shipments, are all covered in our Tariff.

19. Terms of payment
A. The estimated pre-payment must reach our bank account before March 14, 2011.
B. The balance dues for inbound and outbound movement must reach our bank account before
bills of lading of return shipments, and/or sold exhibits are released by us.
C. We will collect all charges strictly according to the Exhibit Handling Tariff that should be taken
into account by exhibitors or their agents.
D. Remittance of payment
