General Terms and Conditions of 1O1O Offers
1. The promotional period will run from 1st April to 31st May, 2009 (both days inclusive).
2. The 1O1O offers are only applicable to holders of BEA World MasterCard, BEA VISA PLATINUM Card or co-branded PLATINUM Cards
(collectively call “BEA Credit Card”). Cardholders must settle payment in full with BEA Credit Card in order to enjoy the 1O1O offers.
3. Cardholder is required to purchase the selected handset and subscribe to a specified 1O1O Mobile Service (“Service Plan”) for a
minimum contract period of 18 months under the same name printed on his/her BEA Credit Card in order to enjoy the 1O1O Smart
Device Mega Bundle Offer (“Bundle Offer”), 1O1O + BlackBerry Bold Offer (“BlackBerry Offer”) and 3G/Broadband Handset Offer
(“Broadband Offer”).
4. Each cardholder may subscribe to a maximum of four Service Plans, and each Service Plan subscription may either enjoy the Bundle
Offer, Blackberry Offer, Broadband Offer or Service Fee Rebate Offer once.
5. The Bundle Offer, BlackBerry Offer and Broadband Offer include an instant discount and rebate. The amount of the rebate will be
credited into the cardholder’s 1O1O account in 18 installments starting from the first bill.
6. The 1O1O offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or services and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional
offers.
7. The above offers are subject to the terms and conditions contained herein and CSL’s Mobile Radio Telephone Service and Handset
Purchase Agreement and the relevant 1O1O Special Offer Supplemental Agreement as may be amended from time to time.
8. All photos and prices shown in the promotional material are for reference only.
9. The Bank of East Asia, Limited ("BEA") makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services,
and/or information provided by CSL Limited (“CSL”). CSL will be responsible for matters arising from or in connection with the products,
services, and/or information it provides in relation to which BEA will have no liability whatsoever. Any enquiry or complaint regarding the
products, services, and/or information should be directed to CSL.
10. BEA and CSL reserve the final right to vary or cancel the offers and/or amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without
prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of BEA and CSL shall be final and conclusive.
11. Should there be any discrepancy between the Chinese and the English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version
shall apply and prevail.
Terms and Conditions of 1O1O Friday Offers
1. The 1O1O Friday Offers are available on every Friday in May, 2009, i.e. 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th of May 2009 (“Offer Period”).
2. Each cardholder is eligible to receive a maximum of four 4GB MicroSD Cards during the Offer Period.
3. Eligible transactions for the 2X Bonus Points offer (the “Reward”) include all retail transactions made at 1O1O Centres during the Offer
Period (based on transaction date), while all other transactions, including but not limited to monthly instalments, monthly bills, recurring
transactions, and autopay amounts are excluded.
4. The Reward will be credited to the cardholder’s relevant BEA Credit Card account in June 2009.
5. The cardholder must retain all original sales slips. In case of any dispute, BEA reserves the right to request the cardholder to submit the
relevant original sales slip(s) and/or such further document(s) and/or evidence for inspection at any time during or after the Offer Period.
All sales slips submitted to BEA will not be returned.
6. Unposted/cancelled/refunded transactions and transactions that are found fraudulent or eventually cancelled/refunded will not be
considered as eligible transactions for the Reward. BEA shall be entitled to debit or charge back any of the Reward at a conversation
rate of 200 Bonus Points per HK$1 from the cardholder’s relevant BEA Credit Card account without prior notice.
7. The Reward cannot be converted into cash or transferred. Only the cardholder whose BEA Credit Card account is valid and in good
standing during the Offer Period and at the time the Reward is granted will be eligible to receive the Reward.
