Cancellation Penalties: After deposit has been received, AAA Travel Agency imposes cancellation penalties as
follows: $50 per booking non-refundable cancellation fee applies. This fee is not covered by insurance. After
final payment date, vendor cancellation penalties of up to 100% will apply.
Notice: AAA Travel agency regrets that it cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking,
dining, or other personal needs. A companion must accompany persons needing such assistance for personal needs.
In case of emergency, substitutions may be made for the escort. No monies will be refunded after final payment
due to escort substitution.
Limits on AAA Travel Agency’s Responsibilities:

accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason or defect in any vehicle or through the act of default of any company or person engaged in
conveying the passenger or any hotel proprietor, or employee, or in carrying out arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection therewith. No carrier shall
have or incur any responsibility to any persons taking this tour, except its liability as a common carrier. The airline and/or steamship lines concerned are not to be
held responsible for any act, omission, or events, during the time the passengers are not on board their plane or conveyances. The passage contract in use by the
airline and/or steamship concerned when issued shall constitute the sole contract between carrier and purchaser and/or passenger of these tours. The aforesaid
American Automobile Association, Inc. can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expensed due to delay or changes of schedule, weather, strikes, war
quarantines, or other causes. All such losses or expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
AAA STRONGLY RECOMMENDS TRAVEL INSURANCE. The AAA Travel Protection Plan which
includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage if the airline, cruise line, or tour operator fails to deliver your
travel arrangements due to financial insolvency 4 or more days after the date on which you purchase the plan,
provided that the Travel Supplier had not filed for bankruptcy protection prior to plan purchase. The plan also
covers trip cancellation and interruption for medical reasons as outlined in the policy. Please refer to the attached
travel client insurance letter and the Description of Coverage for specific terms, conditions, and exclusions.

Itinerary
Saturday, Day 1 Arrival into Phoenix airport and transfer via coach to the Best
Western Arroyo Roble Hotel, AZ. Enjoy your free day in Sedona.
You will have time to take a Pink Jeep tour or the Sedona Trolley
tour and visit unique southwestern shops.
Sunday, Day 2 Transfer via coach from Sedona to Grand Canyon Railway Hotel
where you will dine at Grand Depot Café.

Monday, Day 3 Awake this morning and have a hot breakfast buffet at Grand
Depot Café. At 8:30 a.m. you will be part of the Wild, Wild,
West as the Marshal squares off with the Cataract Creek Gang,
a group of lowly desperadoes. From here you will board the train
in first class for your journey to the Grand Canyon.
Complimentary coffee, Danish and fruit are included. Beverage
service is available at a cost. Once you arrive at the Grand
Canyon you will have a quick lunch and then go by motorcoach to
highlighted scenic overlooks closed off to vehicle traffic. See
the Canyon from different perspectives. After the tour you will
be taken to the Maswik Lodge for an overnight stay in the
National Park. Enjoy the remainder of the day exploring the
Grand Canyon on your own.

Tuesday, Day 4 Enjoy your morning and afternoon at the Grand Canyon. You will
board the train at approximately 3:00 p.m. in the first class seat
with complimentary soft drinks, cheese and crackers included.
Champagne is also served on the ride back to Williams. Beware
as the Cataract Creek Gang has been known to try to rob the
train from time to time. Once back in Williams you will overnight
at the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel with dinner at Grand Depot
Café.

Wednesday, Day 5 & After a buffet breakfast at Grand Depot Café, you will board
Thursday Day 6 the coach for transfer to your Las Vegas hotel. You will have the
rest of the day and the next day at leisure to sightsee or just
enjoy relaxing in Las Vegas.

Friday, Day 7 Check out of the Las Vegas hotel and transfer to the airport for
your flight to Newark.
