Cost) system and ISA/CDS (Cash Disbursement) system. Duties included operations design, planning,
implementation, program modification, training, and documentation. Created a major enhancement which was
added as new feature of the system. Acted as a mentor and as a “hands on” installer for turn key projects. Last
project was Farmers Insurance in Los Angeles.
