Resetting an Individual Account’s Login ID or Password
1. Log into ParentLink using an administrator account.
2. Click on the Accounts tab then select the Account Type from the drop down menu,
use the Select a School, and type a portion of the name to narrow your search.
3. Click .
4. Select the account name to view the account details page.
5. Click on Change login ID or password.
6. Enter a new login ID and/or password for the account. The password must be
at least 6 characters in length.
7. Click to save the new login information.
